Mark and Debra have been building homes together in North Kitsap for over 15 years. This has included numerous residential homes, the Kingston Meadows Development, as well as commercial buildings, (even your local Poulsbo RV). Central Sound Construction has even won the coveted BEST OVERALL HOME VALUE award for homes under $200,000 two consecutive years.
While not a lifetime resident of Washington, Mark and Debra have lived here nearly 20 years, and have done a remarkable job turning what started out as an interest in Engineering, and grew into Construction Management into a well respected business of building homes.
Mark is a man of many talents, and while you may never see him actually drive a nail into your house, all the behind the scenes scheduling, inspections, and technical expertise ensure that all the subcontractors working on your house turn your dream into a reality.
Debra is what makes this a complete package, and a successful one at that. Taking a solid interest in the business, Debra adds a marvelous touch coordinating color schemes, interior design, and finishes for our Spec Homes. For a custom home of your design, she will work together with you to help you pick all these things to complete your home. This can include from the very beginning, helping you with plan selection all the way through interior finishes and landscaping.
